Undo Suspension of User From Moderator User Interface

A moderator also can remove the suspension of a user from the Moderator UI or the User's Profile.

Remove Suspension from the Moderator UI

1. Click on the user Avatar to see the drop-down menu.
2. Select Moderation from the list.
   The moderator UI will display the Moderation and Reported tabs.
3. Select the applicable tab.
4. Locate the suspended user.
5. Below the username, select the Remove suspension link.
   A modal window will pop-up asking if you are sure about the action you are about to perform.
6. Click the YES button.

Remove Suspension from the User's Profile

1. Navigate to the user's profile by selecting Users from the content navigation tree.
2. To the right of the EDIT button, there is a drop-down menu button indicated by a short horizontal line.
3. Open the drop-down menu and select the Remove suspension link.
   A modal window will pop-up asking if you are sure about the action you are about to perform.
4. Click the YES button.
