From the site structure menu, you can navigate to Spaces, Smart Spaces, Space Settings, or Topic Settings sub menus

Overview

You must set spaces as "active" in AnswerHub before they display in the AnswerHub Community UI. There is one checkbox that controls access to the Spaces drop-down menu in the AnswerHub Community UI. You can set up your site so only designated users have access to specific spaces.

Add to Space Menus Checkbox

• Selecting the checkbox to Add to Space Menus will display the Spaces drop-down menu in the navigation bar in the AnswerHub Community UI.
• Unselecting the checkbox for Add to Space Menus will remove the Spaces drop-down menu in the navigation bar in the AnswerHub Community UI. The system will also remove the ability to select a space before posting a Question, Article or Idea, thus, leaving only the default space for users to post everything in.

Allowed space Image Type

This setting defines permissible image types by file extension. Enter the file extension types in comma separated form. Example: jpg, gif,png,jpeg,svg

Max Space Image Upload Byte Size

Sets the maximum value of image size that may be uploaded. Larger files sizes will be rejected and an error displayed. Note: images will be automatically resized.
