Content

Here you can view analytics data for actions pertaining to site, content, user, and create unique advanced reports. Ensure you grant the Use API permission for the Analytics plugin to work properly for all applicable site admin users who will use Analytics.

Overview

The Content Analytics page displays information about content distribution, response statistics, user engagement with different content types and the top posts.

Content Distribution

You can select a current day, week or month view of the following data:

  • Total Content Posts: This numeric value is the sum of all the Questions, Ideas, and Articles posted.
  • Questions, Ideas, Articles: Number of Questions, Ideas, and Articles posted; sorted by the current day, week, or month.

Response Stats

You can select a current day, week or month view of the following data:

  • Unanswered: Number of unanswered questions.
  • Answered: Number of answered questions.
  • Accepted Answer: Number of accepted answers.
  • Responses/Question: Number of responses and questions.
  • Average Response Time: Number of hours to represent the average response time.
  • Average Acceptance Time: Number of days to represent the average acceptance time.

User Engagement

You can select a current day, week or month view of the following data:

  • Question tab
    • Questions: Number of questions posted.
    • Answers: Number of answers posted.
    • Comments: Number of comments posted.
    • Users Contributed: Percent of users who contributed to posting questions.
    • Users Interacted: Percent of users who interacted with posted questions.
  • Ideas tab
    • Ideas: Number of ideas posted.
    • Comments: Number of comments posted.
    • Users Contributed: Percent of users who contributed to ideas.
    • Users Interacted: Percent of users who interacted with ideas.
  • Articles tab
    • Articles: Number of articles posted.
    • Comments: Number of comments posted.
    • Users Contributed: Percent of users who contributed to posting articles.
    • Users Interacted: Percent of users who interacted with articles.

Top Posts

You can select a current day, week or month view of the following data:

  • Post: Name of the post.
  • Date: Date of the created post.
  • Author: Image of the author's profile picture and their username.
  • Views: Number of views for each post.
  • Votes: Number of votes for each post.
  • Responses: Number of responses for each post.
