2.28.9 Release Notes

Summary

The 2.28.9 release provides maintenance updates related to recent Library updates, small usability enhancements and deprecates the now obsolete leaderboard plugin that was replaced with enhanced core functionality in 2021.

Updates

  • ANSUP-15109 Resolved issue with @mention operation within notifications for comments and answers

  • ANSUP-14858 Updated ordering of checkboxes for spaces when filtering on Reported tab in Moderation

  • ANSUP-15114 Update to restore expected Alter ego functionality when saving settings

  • Updated compatibility with new Java Libraries for 2-way operation of Slack and Teams

  • Update to check for / prevent duplicate group names when creating or renaming groups

  • Removed Obsolete Leaderboard plugin (this previous feature replaced the User page with an alternate design when implemented. The new leaderboard feature found in the user engagement settings section of the admin provides significantly greater functionality and displays as a widget on the home page.
