Summary
The 2.28.4 contains several fixes and enhancements. The upcoming 2.28.5 release will focus on updates to AnswerHub Libraries.

ANSUP-15001 Updated Avatar upload flow to refresh the page after successful avatar image upload so that the new avatar image is displayed on user profile page without a manual refresh of the page.

ANSUP-14714 - Updates to logic of "Expert Answer" pill which displays on Answers posted by users who have Earned Expertise for one of the topics that the Question is tagged with. If the qualifying topic is removed or merged, the Expert Answer pill will now be removed.
